The "No on 4" effort was selected as the most important ballot issue for the Portland Dems to focus on in preparation for November 3. Lizzy Reinholt (Deputy Communications Director) and Emma Halas O’Connor (Field Director) from Citizens United For Maine’s Future will help us to better understand why their initiative is important and what we can do to help.
